DOES MY - - - LOOK FAT?

Weather......Rainy and wet and damp!

        I put "Annoyed" up there because this Photobucket takes so darn long to get pictures to put into an entry.  there must be a better way.  Or I am doing it wrong.  I will have  to go back and read some directions.

        I just finished supper and cleaned up the dishes.  I tried a recipe that I found on line.  I have to stop cooking from those recipes cuz they are just too rich and fattening.  This little dish was called  Grits and Shrimp.  But I  am renaming it---- Does my --- look fat after I ate this dish?

                              Tell Me what you think:

                            Does My --- Look Fat After I Ate This

                 2 cups instant grits

                  one can chicken broth

                  4 cups whole milk

                  1 stick of butter

                   4 ounces cream cheese

                    one half cup shredded parmasan cheese

                    parsley  (at least thats healthy)

                    2 large egg whites

                     1 pound shrimp  peeled and deveined and cut into thirds.

                    Put it all together in one saucepan and then  in a really nice bowl and into the oven for 25 minutes at 375. 

                    Tuesday was our 41st Anniversary.  me and the ole boy, thats him over there on the couch------------------------------->.    Last year, I kind of made a  bigger deal out of it because it was the 40th.  I put our wedding picture in the Atlantic City Press as a surprise to hubby.  The best part was when he went to work on Monday, they had made copies, (lots of them) and tacked them all over the office.  On windows and file cabinets, in the bathroom in the bus garage, on the ceiling.  School buses   even had the picture in the back windows.

Well, 41 years later after too many good meals I guess.
