My little doggie was a stray when we found her. She is a little Min Pin (Miniature Pinscher) And she has no hair. I have had her thyroid tested because sometimes that makes dogs hairless but it came out OK. She is just a bald dog. So I keep sweatshirts on her in the winter and something light in the summer so she doesn't get sunburned.
The weather station says we will get a wintry mix tonite. That usually means a little snow and lots of rain. Stay warm everyone and I will talkatchalater.
I have lost my AOL Toolbar.....I was on with a tech and I am beginning to notice that no matter what the problem is they tell you to change your Personal Storage Settings. That never does any good.
Mosie from My Country Life has some great pictures of her teenage years. I guess we were all doing the same thing back in the 60's. Well some of us anyway. I Luv the picture with the Fabian album. I was so into Fabian and Frankie Avalon and Bobby Darin. My fav was Ricky Nelson. 1961, I was a sophomore in high school. 
Isn't it funny how we lived with so little back then. A bed, a bureau and a record player and we were happy. I never ate lunch in high school. I would use that and any money I had, to go out in town to buy the latest rock and roll record. The 45's were 69 cents. I think I was so lucky growing up in Atlantic City. The stars appeared in person on Steel Pier. Admission was one dollar for a stage show with a major headliner, two movies, a water circus etc. what a bargain. It was an all day entertainment. And we loved it!!!

We had a four day weekend, and its back to work tomorrow. We have been listening to a twosome on the radio for about 12 years. They do a talk show everyday from 10 til 2. Well, Dennis, one half of the pair was doing a comedy routine on Saturday nite at a little Coffee House. So daughter and I went to see him, It was fun to see in person, someone we have been listening to for so long. We were both a little disappointed

I was having a problem getting my email on AOL. My daughter in law worked on it three hours yesterday and she finally got me up and running. Thanx Chas!!
This is a Camel Cricket. A regular old black cricket I can take, but these things are horrible. And they stand there and look at you and then they jump at you, not away from you. I read that they can jump 6 feet straight up and thats why they seem to aim for your face. I never get in the shower without checking first in the tub. They seem to come up the drain. Can you imagine? We were loaded with them last year but we had an exterminator and they are definitly less. He said they have taken over under the house and he closed off all the heater vents so that there are no places where they can come up. Mosie, do ya wanna trade?
As I sit here tonite scanning different Journals in my little house, I am listening to the news on another school shooting. And I am NOT even shocked. 6 dead, many injured......and we just take it in stride. And its not even the top story. Its the story after the story about the little Beagle that won the dog show. Where are we going? Are other countries like this? Are we the laughing stock of the world? Who is driving this bus? Somethings got to give!!!!
