As I sit here tonite scanning different Journals in my little house, I am listening to the news on another school shooting. And I am NOT even shocked. 6 dead, many injured......and we just take it in stride. And its not even the top story. Its the story after the story about the little Beagle that won the dog show. Where are we going? Are other countries like this? Are we the laughing stock of the world? Who is driving this bus? Somethings got to give!!!!

Makes me wish my daughter was in a position to home school her kids. You can't hide them though (even though I would like to). Did you EVER hear of a school schooting before Columbine? I don't think I did. Now, it's nothing for a school, a mall, whatever to be shot up. And you are right...it doesn't even shock anymore.
