It is freakin' Cold.

It IS really COLD!!!!!!   I thought my bus would not start this morning.  Of course we have to plug it in.  Does everyone know that.  You have to plug school buses in to keep the diesel fuel warm.  It adds about $250.00 a year to your electric bill, but we get reimbursed.  And they are talking snow and sleet for the ride home.  I hate  when that happens.  yeh, we had that about 2 weeks ago.  You get the kids there and then it starts to snow and you slip and slide all the way to get them home.  

I drive a small school bus.  Or as some people say, "a short bus"  I only have 6 kids this year.  And they are in the late teens.  AND,  I don't take them to school......I take them to the Casinos.  We have a School to Work Program.  These kids are being taught how to function in the working world.   I have 2 kids at Caesars, 2 kids at Ballys and 2 kids at Showboat.  They get paid $8.00 an hour.  They work in the kitchens, gift shops, laundry.  So here's hoping I get in to AC today and get the kids home before it ices up.Talkatchalater!!!
