We had a four day weekend, and its back to work tomorrow. We have been listening to a twosome on the radio for about 12 years. They do a talk show everyday from 10 til 2. Well, Dennis, one half of the pair was doing a comedy routine on Saturday nite at a little Coffee House. So daughter and I went to see him, It was fun to see in person, someone we have been listening to for so long. We were both a little disappointed
to hear Dennis use the profanity that he did. I think he could have been just as funny without it.
I was having a problem getting my email on AOL. My daughter in law worked on it three hours yesterday and she finally got me up and running. Thanx Chas!!

I've probably had a problem with everything else on here but emailing but still like the most of aol any ol way. The guy must do better on radio. Oh yeah, the alert for your last entry didn't make it (the word association thing). I did that a few entries back and enjoyed doing it.....alice
ReplyDeleteIsn't it a shame when comedians think they have to use profanity to get laughs. Times sure have changed girlfriend. I can remember when you didn't even see toilet paper commercials on TV and now there are bears pooping in the woods...lol
ReplyDeleteIt does break my heart to see ads for erectile disfunction that look like porn and half naked women modeling bra's when you know children are watching. Oh oh. I got on a soap box and didn't mean to. Have a nice evening.
Hugs, Joyce
